Recently I sent a complaint to playtech about the redhotrevenue group that operates the playtech casinos : sierrastar, giant vegas and royal dice. The message was about not paying for the media deals we agreed upon 2 years ago. Basically this means a breach of contract with your sponsor. I explained the full story to playtech but got a reply from the complaints department that they could not mediate between an operator and an affiliate nor take action (send a complaint to the operator) on their side as a software company. I personally think a software provider should be very careful who to give their licenses and keep their good name to be succesful in the online gambling industry. This time playtech choose not to punish the casinos so my best way to punish the company that provides the playtech software is to make their attitude aware to the public. This does not mean all playtech casinos are bad to play at but it is a warning to playtech not to indulge themselves with market scams. Affiliates be warned about the redhotaffiliate program which is powered by playtech.
